Controller and contact
This working text provisionally identifies MIND Real Estate d.o.o., Aleja Milanović bb, 34325 Lužnice, Kragujevac, Serbia, as the website operator and data controller. Privacy contact: privacy@mind.rs; general contact: info@mind.rs. The legal entity, registration details and privacy contact address still require confirmation. These details have not yet been verified.

Technical data and language
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website, processing technical request data such as the IP address, requested page, time and browser-supplied information. On the home page, the country inferred from the network request and the browser language are used to select a language. Precise GPS location is not requested for this purpose. A manual language choice takes priority; direct links to language versions remain available.

Contact form and email
The form asks for your name, company, email address, subject and message; a phone number is optional. The send button opens your email application with a prepared message. The website has no server-side endpoint for this form: the recipient does not receive your entries until you send the message from your email application. The subject determines the recipient address shown in the message. Check it before sending. Do not send passwords, identity-document numbers, health information or other sensitive data unnecessary for your enquiry.

Job applications
Application links open email or the channel specified in the vacancy. A CV is not uploaded through the website contact form. Applications sent to jobs@mind.rs or another listed recipient are processed by the responsible employer. This text does not confirm a CV retention period, a shared candidate database or automatic consent for future vacancies; the application recipient must provide that information.

Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 is configured to load only on mind.rs after analytics is accepted, not on Cloudflare preview addresses. It measures visits and interactions with page controls, such as language selection and clicks on contact links. The website does not send contact-form content as an analytics event. The direct GA4 integration disables Google signals and ad personalisation. Acceptance or rejection is stored in your browser; change your choice through the cookie settings in the footer.

External content and recipients
The location page loads map tiles from tile.openstreetmap.org independently of analytics consent. Google Maps opens as external navigation only when you click the corresponding link. MIND Park Live requests weather and air-quality data from Open-Meteo for the park’s fixed location, not the visitor’s location. Providers receive technical data, including an IP address, when a connection is made. External video, where offered, loads after the player is activated. Cloudflare delivers the website, OpenStreetMap supplies map tiles, Google provides analytics, and Open-Meteo supplies weather and air-quality data. Email is processed by the selected recipient and its email provider. Specific contractual roles and additional recipients in business processing require the controller’s confirmation.

Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries are used to respond and consider cooperation; technical data supports website delivery and security; optional analytics helps understand usage. Consent is the intended basis for optional analytics. A business enquiry may rely on steps at your request before a contract or a legitimate interest in business communication, depending on the circumstances. The controller must confirm each processing basis, including technical logs and external content; this draft is not a completed legitimate-interest assessment.

Retention and international transfers
Storage periods for data kept in your browser are listed in the cookie policy. Retention periods for email, applications, server logs and data in the GA4 account were not confirmed by this review. They must be set according to purpose, legal obligations and the handling of requests or disputes, not taken from a template. External providers may process data outside Serbia. Specific countries, contracts, transfer mechanisms and information about safeguards remain subject to the controller’s confirmation before final adoption of the policy.

Your rights
Under the applicable Serbian Personal Data Protection Law, you may request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where the legal conditions are met. You may object where a legal basis exists and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may contact Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. The statutory response period is generally 30 days, with a reasoned extension where the law permits. Provide enough information to locate the processing without unnecessary sensitive data. Scope and specific processing
The public website has no user accounts, online checkout or feature making decisions with legal effects solely by automated means. It is intended for business information, not collecting children’s data. This does not confirm the state of every internal system in the group. Park visits, CCTV, employment and other processing outside the website require separate notices from the responsible legal entity.
