MIND Group is the strategic and organisational framework for specialist companies. Each member operates independently, with its own expert team, standards and full commercial responsibility to its clients.

MIND Park is an industrial location in Kragujevac where Group members operate alongside other companies, tenants and partners. Presence in the Park indicates a physical business location, not ownership or organisational affiliation.

Development began with engineering work, continued with production experience in Kragujevac and, in 2018, gained the organisational framework of MIND Group and the physical location of MIND Park. Each subsequent step met a specific industrial need.
MIND's industrial roots reach back to the establishment of MV Engineering in Germany.
Milanović Inženjering starts operating in Kragujevac and builds production and engineering experience in Serbia.
MIND Group and MIND Park are established. The foundation is laid for a location that brings together production, laboratories, infrastructure, education, services and aviation.
MIND Group brings together specialist companies with their own markets, expert teams and independent business responsibility.
MIND Park is an industrial location in Kragujevac where Group members operate alongside other companies, tenants and partners.
MIND Park covers 190 hectares, with approximately 95,000 m² of built space and more than 2,000 people working on site.
Company portfolio
Synergy within MIND does not mean losing focus. Rail-structure manufacturing requests go to AMM Manufacturing, materials testing to IMW Institut, water-treatment plants to Milanović Tretman Voda, and infrastructure matters to the MIND Real Estate team. Each member takes full responsibility for its own products and services.

MIND Park now spans 190 hectares, with approximately 95,000 m² of production halls and business space where more than 2,000 people work. Industrial production, laboratory testing, vocational education, hospitality, sport and general aviation are closely connected at the same location.
