Cookie policy
What MIND.rs stores in your browser, why it is stored and how to change your choice. This covers cookies and browser local storage, which are different technologies.
The text and provisional details await professional confirmation. This page is excluded from indexing.
Information
Cookie policy
-
Language choice: mind_locale
The first-party functional cookie mind_locale stores sr, en or de after manual language selection. Its configured lifetime is 31,536,000 seconds, or 365 days. It applies across the website and uses SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. It is not an analytics identifier. Without it, the home page selects Serbian for requests from Serbia; elsewhere it selects German when preferred by the browser, otherwise English.
-
Analytics choice: mind-consent-v1
The first-party localStorage entry mind-consent-v1 remembers analytics acceptance or rejection. It is not a cookie and contains no name or email address. It has no automatic deletion period: it remains until changed or the website’s browser data is cleared. Rejection does not prevent browsing. The choice applies to the particular browser and domain, not all devices.
-
Google Analytics cookies
After analytics is accepted on mind.rs, the direct GA4 integration may set first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> to distinguish visitors and maintain session state. Google lists a default lifetime of two years; actual duration may be shorter due to settings and browser limits. This is not the retention period for all GA4 account data. The script does not load before acceptance or on Cloudflare preview domains. This configuration does not install advertising pixels or enable Google signals or ad personalisation.
-
MIND Park Live: local cache
The map stores data for the park’s fixed location in localStorage: mind-mapa-meteo reuses weather data for up to 10 minutes, mind-mapa-vazduh air quality for up to 30 minutes, and mind-mapa-sunce sunrise and sunset for up to 240 minutes. These are cache-validity periods, not automatic deletion periods. Entries refresh after the next successful fetch and remain until replaced or website data is cleared. They contain neither visitor identity nor GPS location.
-
External services
Rejecting analytics does not block OpenStreetMap tiles or functional Open-Meteo requests. These providers receive an IP address and technical data when content loads. Google Maps is not embedded in the page: it opens only when you click a navigation link, at which point Google’s privacy and cookie policies apply. External video is activated separately. Cloudflare may process technical data for website delivery and security. See the providers’ policies for that processing.
-
Changing and withdrawing your choice
On the domain with active analytics, open the footer cookie settings and accept or reject analytics. Withdrawal stops subsequent custom website analytics events and changes the consent state of an already loaded Google tag. It does not automatically delete earlier cookies, transmitted data or the loaded script. You can clear cookies and localStorage in browser settings, then reload the page. This may also remove your remembered language. Repeat in every browser.

Review scope
This inventory describes the code reviewed on 6 September 2026. Changes to tags, hosting protection, external content or GA4 settings require another review. GA4 account settings, a complete embedded-service cookie inventory and the legal classification of each technology still require confirmation. The operator and contacts are listed in the privacy policy with provisional status.
