Vocational training aligned with industry needs.

MIND Edukacija was founded in MIND Park in 2018 to connect education with the real needs of industry. Through dual education, collaboration with companies, schools and universities, and training programmes for external clients, it develops skills relevant to today's labour market. The programmes combine theoretical and practical work, drawing on MIND Group's experience and expertise.

Training process

From fundamentals to assessment

A structured process for developing skills.

Each programme is structured around defined learning outcomes and the needs of its target group, combining theoretical and practical elements, expert support and the application of acquired knowledge and skills. The programme concludes with an assessment of the learning outcomes achieved, in accordance with its specific requirements.

Training technology
  1. 01

    Theoretical foundation and safety

    Acquiring theoretical knowledge relevant to the programme's field, with an introduction to safe working rules, procedures and standards in line with the requirements of the programme and the working environment.

  2. 02

    Practical work and application of knowledge

    Applying acquired knowledge and skills through practical activities and tasks, using appropriate methods, tools, equipment and resources in line with the nature and objectives of the programme.

  3. 03

    Mentoring support

    Continuous expert support and guidance throughout the learning process, with progress monitoring, feedback and support in applying and improving acquired knowledge and skills.

  4. 04

    Final assessment

    Taking an examination in accordance with the specific programme requirements, after which the participant receives the appropriate official document in line with the programme's status and outcomes.

Structured programmes combine theoretical knowledge and practical application, with content adapted to different levels of prior knowledge and professional needs, from acquiring new skills to refining and improving existing knowledge and abilities.
