## Capabilities organised by responsible company.

1.  Rail structures and components · AMM Manufacturing
    
    ### Aluminium and steel structures, subassemblies and components.
    
    AMM combines engineering and production preparation, MIG/MAG/TIG and FSW welding, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining, assembly, adhesive bonding, surface preparation, painting and quality control. Certificates include EN 15085-2 CL1 and EN 17460; the specific process and capacity are confirmed against the technical requirement.
    
2.  Materials, weld and water testing · IMW Institut
    
    ### Accredited laboratory and on-site testing.
    
    IMW tests materials, welded joints, water, coatings and industrial products. Accreditation to SRPS ISO/IEC 17025 applies exclusively to methods listed in the valid scope of accreditation and is checked against the submitted sample and request.
    
3.  Water treatment systems · Milanović Tretman Voda
    
    ### Drinking water, process water and wastewater, from solution to service.
    
    Milanović Tretman Voda selects solutions, designs, builds, commissions, monitors and services drinking water, process water and wastewater treatment systems. The technology and scope are determined by the water composition, required capacity and required quality of the treated water.
    
4.  Vocational industrial training · MIND Edukacija
    
    ### Practical programmes for industrial occupations.
    
    MIND Edukacija provides theoretical and practical programmes for metalworkers, welders, machining operators, CNC operators and forklift operators, as well as training tailored to companies' needs. Enrolment status, duration, price and the document issued are confirmed for each programme.
    
5.  Business and professional support · MIND Servisi
    
    ### Supporting companies in their day-to-day operations.
    
    MIND Servisi provides support in human resources, finance, accounting, controlling, tax advisory, legal services and IT, primarily for MIND Group companies.
