# Education grounded in industrial expertise.

MIND Edukacija develops and delivers education and skills-development programmes aligned with the needs of modern industry and the labour market. Alongside vocational and technical training for industrial occupations, it develops professional, interpersonal and leadership skills programmes, drawing on MIND Group's expertise and its direct links with industry.

About the company

## Vocational training aligned with industry needs.

MIND Edukacija was founded in MIND Park in 2018 to connect education with the real needs of industry. Through dual education, collaboration with companies, schools and universities, and training programmes for external clients, it develops skills relevant to today's labour market. The programmes combine theoretical and practical work, drawing on MIND Group's experience and expertise.
